Hospital Details :

• Hospital Bed Size: 250
• Trauma Level: Level 3

Dates & Required Availability :  Open to provider availability. Start ASAP. 

Shift & Call Details : 
Preference min 1 week long or longer stents
24hr call coverage Avg call (0-4 phone consults, 0-4 seen, 0-5 admits)
Full-time (awaiting confirmation on weeklt/monthly schedule)

Credentialing Timeframe : Emergency Privs got it done in 2 days with another speciality. 

Job Details :

• Setting: IP
• 32 Beds in Department
• Patient Volume: 7-10
• Required Procedures: 
• APP Support/Supervision: 4 RN's for support
• EMR: Medhost
• Client Requirements: cannot live within 90 miles of facility, Provider must be willing to work nights, weekends, and take call
• Travel Accommodations: Hotel, Mileage, and flight, Travel per CHS policy
