About The Job Mindful Sprouts is currently hiring for RBT positions in Boynton Beach, FL, offering the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with exceptionalities and their families. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll deliver personalized ABA therapy across home, school, and community environments. In this role, you’ll implement behavior plans created by a supervising BCBA, provide direct instruction, accurately collect behavioral data, and maintain professional communication with families and caregivers. Responsibilities Provide Applied Behavior Analysis intervention to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or related exceptionalities Provide intervention as outlined in the client’s program by the associated BCBA Collect and display data in accordance with policies and procedures Assist in updating the client’s program as instructed by the associated BCBA Implement behavioral procedures for inappropriate/maladaptive child behaviors as instructed or as outlined in the client’s program Maintain records in accordance with policies and procedures Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulations Notify management of emergencies or significant incidents; suspected abuse, neglect, or exploitation; and/or changes in client status in accordance with company policies and procedures Arrive to appointments, meetings, trainings, etc. at the scheduled time Return phone calls, electronic mail, and other correspondence in a timely fashion Conduct self in a professional manner and treat all clients, customers, co‑workers, and others with dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivity Follow all clinical and administrative policies and procedures Perform related duties as assigned Requirements Preferred bachelor’s degree. High School Diploma or working toward a bachelor’s degree in special education, early childhood education, speech/language disorders, psychology, or related field Successfully completed a minimum 40‑hour RBT certification course from an accredited institution 1 year experience working with children Proficient in English. Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese/English) preferred Dependable and passionate about helping children and adolescents Must hold a valid driver's license and car insurance.
