EVENT INSTALLER

Description The Quest Event Installer is a customer service position, emphasizing reliability and determination. Responsibilities include safely loading and unloading gear from company vehicles, setting and striking drape, furniture, and hardware at event venues, and delivering outstanding customer service. Responsibilities Safely load and unload gear from company vehicles. Set and strike drape, furniture, and hardware at event venues. Prepare daily scheduled activities in the warehouse and on-site. Work with a Crew Leader and a team of Crew Members. Participate in sets and strikes at event venues. Complete warehouse tasks after on-site work has finished. Execute consecutive events while handling the associated stresses. Workload varies from 0–40+ hours per week based on volume and availability. Deliver outstanding customer service. Requirements Prior customer service‑related job experience preferred but not required. Ability to execute consecutive events while handling the associated stresses and challenges. Can positively interact with team members and customers on a daily basis and be open to constructive criticism. A great attitude and excellent customer‑service skills. Can read, write, speak, and understand English fluently. Must maintain a professional appearance, have reliable transportation, and be punctual. Ability to problem‑solve and prioritize needs while on jobsites. Ability to handle team dynamics and customer‑service issues on a daily basis. Physical Job Requirements Ability to repeatedly lift 62 lbs and work on a step ladder without exceeding maximum weight allowance. Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.
