Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and techniques.
• Offer individual and group therapy sessions drawing from evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, to foster personal growth and healing.
• Develop and implement tailored service plans that align with clients’ goals, ensuring measurable outcomes and progress tracking.
• Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring access to essential resources, social services, and educational opportunities, while addressing systemic inequalities.
• Contribute to ongoing program development and evaluation efforts, providing insights and data for grant reporting and funding applications.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations and public agencies, facilitating a coordinated approach to service delivery.
• Engage in regular team meetings, training programs, and community outreach to enhance professional knowledge and integrate new methodologies into practice.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution, reflecting advanced preparation and clinical training.
• Active Pennsylvania state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required to provide clinical services.

Compensation and Benefits
