Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' social, emotional, and psychological needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and techniques.
- Offer individual and group therapy sessions drawing from evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, to foster personal growth and healing.
- Develop and implement tailored service plans that align with clients’ goals, ensuring measurable outcomes and progress tracking.
- Act as an advocate for clients, ensuring access to essential resources, social services, and educational opportunities, while addressing systemic inequalities.
- Contribute to ongoing program development and evaluation efforts, providing insights and data for grant reporting and funding applications.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with community organizations and public agencies, facilitating a coordinated approach to service delivery.
- Engage in regular team meetings, training programs, and community outreach to enhance professional knowledge and integrate new methodologies into practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus
This role focuses on serving students and families within the school environment, particularly those who face challenges such as socioeconomic disparities, trauma, family disruptions, and mental health issues. Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work from a regionally accredited institution, reflecting advanced preparation and clinical training.
- Active Pennsylvania state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is required to provide clinical services.
- Strong understanding of mental health principles, trauma-informed care, and social justice initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills to establish rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience working in a non-profit setting or educational environment, with an emphasis on youth services.

Compensation and Benefits
