Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid teaching certification in Special Education
• Experience or strong interest working with middle school students
• Familiarity with developing and implementing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Ability to effectively adapt lessons and instructional strategies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with staff, families, and students
• Commitment to fostering an inclusive, encouraging classroom

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver engaging instruction tailored to the diverse learning needs of students
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
• Maintain accurate documentation for compliance and progress reporting
• Guide students in social, emotional, and academic development
• Actively participate in meetings, ongoing training, and professional development
