Experience in indoor sports facilities is a plus. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of their projects, communicate effectively across teams, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Candidates local to Columbus are preferred. Responsibilities Manage all phases of commercial construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout. Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure project success. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and ensure on-time delivery. Prepare estimates and support budgeting processes as needed throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality control, safety compliance, and smooth communication. Problem-solve independently and maintain accountability across teams and stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience managing commercial construction projects; experience with indoor sports facilities is a strong plus. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and handle competing priorities. Minimum of 5 years of relevant construction experience. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Proficiency in construction scheduling and project management tools.
