Salary: 20-35 with bonuses
We have immediate openings for Weatherization specialist / handyman positions. We offer competitive pay based on demonstrated trade skills and applicable experience. Synergy Companies is a full service Energy management contractor specializing in residential and small commercial energy upgrade products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Repair major and minor issues on residential dwellings
- Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
- Replace showerheads
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace
- Perform other duties, as assigned
- Perform minor HVAC duct repair and use duct leakage testing equipment
- Perform blower door testing for shell leakage
- Minor electrical repairs, fan installation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Wx Certified (Bonus)
- NGAT Certification (Bonus)
- Detail oriented with paperwork
