Volt is immediately hiring a Commercial Operations Manager in Rio Rancho NM.

As a Commercial Operations Manager you will:

• Manage contract updates, amendments, terminations, term sheets, and customer, representative, and supplier agreements
• Develop, document, train, and oversee sales and business development processes and protocols
• Administer onboarding and offboarding activities for sales managers, representatives, distributors, and business partners
• Manage RFQ and bid responses, tracking, and reporting
• Support customer and partner visits and coordinate follow-up actions
• Maintain CRM, ERP, customer, product, agreement, and campaign databases
• Serve as the subject matter expert for ERP systems supporting Sales, Business Development, and Marketing functions
• Analyze data and create reports to support management decision-making
• Oversee customer surveys, dashboards, KPI reporting, and program reviews
• Coordinate administrative support activities for account managers and sales teams
• Support sales leadership with order management, invoicing, customer escalations, and special transactions
• Administer customer rewards and retention programs
• Coordinate pricing lists, revision control, marketing collateral, technical documentation, customer approvals, and specifications
• Identify growth opportunities within existing customer accounts and support account expansion strategies
• Analyze CRM, ERP, transaction history, repair activity, quotes, and operational data to uncover revenue opportunities
• Lead revenue recovery and account penetration initiatives
• Monitor customer purchasing trends and competitive activity
• Maintain opportunity tracking systems, KPI dashboards, and sales performance reports
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with Sales, Customer Support, Engineering, Operations, and Finance teams

This is a full-time position. Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.

Commercial Operations Manager candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Aviation Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial operations, sales operations, business development, customer support, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of CRM, ERP, quoting, sales operations, and customer relationship management systems
• Excellent analytical, business intelligence, and reporting skills
• Experience creating and managing KPIs, dashboards, sales metrics, and performance reports
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with multiple departments
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Strong problem-solving, process improvement, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and exercise sound judgment
• Aerospace, aviation aftermarket, MRO, or other highly regulated B2B industry experience preferred
• Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and background checks

Pay for this position is $26.44-$31.25/hr

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
