Job Details Base Pay : $20.50 per hour (starting) Shifts : Day Shift – 6:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday–Thursday with Fridays as needed Duties and Responsibilities Assemble windows for customers by measuring and using hand tools, saws, punches and drills. Maintain a safe and clean work environment and utilize safe work practices on all job projects. Assist production and be open to cross‑training. Comply with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements. Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse or construction (preferred). Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment and be quality conscious. Daily commitment to safety. Desire and willingness to work and learn while maintaining excellent attendance and a can‑do attitude. Reading a tape measure is required. Ability to apply concepts to practical situations. Read, write and communicate using English with sufficient proficiency for job functions. Physical and Environmental Demands Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach, grasp, stand, walk and perform fine manipulation with fingers. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist. Vision abilities to include close, distance, peripheral, color and depth differentiation. Exposure to excessive noise, dust, fumes or chemicals on the shop floor. Intermittent exposure to inclement weather. Work overtime as needed. Work in various departments.
