Resident Experience Concierge
OPCO Skilled Management
Sunrise Nursing & Memory Care is seeking a resident services liaison to welcome new residents, explain services, and coordinate care to ensure a positive experience. You will resolve requests, liaise across departments, and support regulatory compliance while maintaining excellent service.
This full-time, on-site role in Belton, Missouri requires strong communication with residents, families, staff, and external providers, delivering compassionate customer care daily.
