Overview

Onin Staffing is hiring dependable and motivated Packers for Greencastle, PA. Packers are responsible for sorting, inspecting, packaging, and preparing egg products for shipment while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.


Skills and Experience

• Inspect eggs for cracks, defects, and quality issues.
• Sort and package egg products according to company standards.
• Label, stack, and prepare cartons and cases for shipment.
• Monitor product quality and report any defects to supervisors.
• Keep the production area clean and organized.
• Follow all food safety, GMP, OSHA, and company policies.
• Work on a production line while meeting daily production goals.
• Safely operate basic production equipment as assigned.
• Assist with cleaning workstations and production areas at the end of each shift.
• Perform other production duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or food production experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds repeatedly.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
• Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

• Food production facility.

• Standing for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Fast-paced production line with repetitive tasks.
• Required to wear appropriate PPE, including hair nets, gloves, safety glasses, and other protective equipment.
