Workers Compensation Administrative AssociateMarble Falls Branch - Marble Falls, TX 78654OverviewSalary Range $46,000.00 - $60,000.00 Hourly Position Type Full Time Job Shift DayDescriptionJob SummaryThe Workers' Compensation Administrative Associate will be responsible for providing general administrative support to adjusters and other staff as needed, supporting the overall goals of the organization and ensuring excellent customer service.Job FunctionsEffectively assist adjusters with the notation of medical documentation and indexingProvide accurate data entry with Workers Compensation claims and imaging systemsProvide backup for incoming mail processing and scanningServe as back-up for the Receptionist (break, lunch, etc.) as neededAssist with the accurate and timely processing of medical bills and mail-outsPerform all actions relating to customers and companies in a manner that will avoid issues involving potential errors and omissionsParticipate in seminars and other training to maintain required licenses and for knowledge and skill developmentAdditional ResponsibilitiesThis job description is intended to describe the level of work required of the person performing the position.
