Warehouse Associate

Location: Virginia Beach, VA

Pay: $17.00–$18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM

We are seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Associates to support daily warehouse operations. In this role, you'll help receive, move, store, pick, pack, and ship materials while working in a clean, climate-controlled environment. • Pick, stage, and deliver materials to production and shipping areas.
• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and product information.
• Label, organize, and stock inventory in designated warehouse locations.
• Pack, crate, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training available).
• Assist with inventory counts and stock checks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines.
• Support additional warehouse duties as needed.

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn warehouse processes and equipment operation.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, or material handling experience.
• Experience operating a forklift or pallet jack.
• Familiarity with inventory management and order picking.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

This position is based in a clean, organized, climate-controlled warehouse. Team members regularly operate material handling equipment and work in a fast-paced environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Virginia Beach, VA.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
