Production Associate

Location: Bow, NH Schedule: 1st and 2nd Shift Available (6:00 AM-2:30 PM, Mon-Fri or 2:30 PM-1 AM, Mon-Thurs) Pay: $18–$21/hr DOE Responsibilities Assist in stacking, nesting, and packaging materials from production lines Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Load raw materials onto production lines and transport materials within the facility Communicate effectively with team members to meet production goals Lift, carry, and move heavy loads as needed Train new employees in basic labor functions Operate equipment safely and follow strict safety protocols Accurately fill out coil tags and verify footage for inventory tracking Check finished goods for quality, width, and length Requirements Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Stand for extended periods with frequent walking and pivoting Work on hard concrete surfaces in varying temperatures Previous Manufacturing experience preferred Pre‑employment physical required Forklift Certification is a plus!
