Qualifications Seeking a passionate General Manager with at least two years of experience in a fast‑paced service environment. Mastery of operations and cost management basics is a must. The ability to recruit and develop a diverse team while leading efforts to promote food safety protocols. Exceptional customer service skills and troubleshooting capabilities are also essential.
