About the Role

We are currently seeking highly motivated and goal-oriented Sales Representatives to sell Xfinity products and services utilizing Door to Door with leads. As a 1099 Independent Contractor, you will have the freedom to drive your own success and maximize your earnings with an uncapped, 100% commission-based pay structure.

This is a dynamic sales role where leads are provided to you. Your primary focus will be connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with tailored Xfinity internet, TV, voice, and mobile solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Close Sales: Effectively pitch and sell Xfinity products and services (Internet, TV, Home Phone, and Mobile) to prospective customers using consultative sales techniques.

• Work Warm Leads: Reach out to and follow up with company-provided leads to transition inquiries into active sales opportunities.

• Educate Customers: Clearly articulate the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of Xfinity’s offerings to overcome objections.

• Build Rapport: Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a positive, personalized experience for every prospect.

• Meet Targets: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Previous sales experience is highly preferred, especially in telecommunications, door-to-door, or commission-driven environments.

• Drive & Motivation: A strong entrepreneurial spirit with the self-discipline to thrive in a 100% commission-based, 1099 contractor role.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and persuasive negotiation skills.

• Pre-contractual Clearances: Must be able to successfully pass a comprehensive background check and a drug test prior to starting.
