Pay: $2028 - $2443 | Shift: 3 (12 hour) night shifts per week (6p-6:30a), every other weekend, rotating holidays

In this role, you'll have the opportunity to provide comprehensive care to patients, utilizing your expertise to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. You'll also guide patient education and oversee the activities of ancillary personnel, ensuring the highest standards of professional nursing are maintained.

As a key member of the ER team, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing total patient care through the nursing process
• Directing and guiding patient teaching and activities of ancillary personnel
• Maintaining professional nursing standards
• Collaborating with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements for this position include:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Iowa RN license
• BCLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Ability to work full-time nights, including every other weekend and rotating holidays
