Your Mission

Leading a facility that fronts sustainability and efficient operations. You'll cultivate a team culture upholding safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

Ensure the plant’s maintenance strategies align with operational goals.
Mentor and develop a large team of maintenance professionals.
Manage comprehensive budgets and track KPIs effectively.
Coordinate with engineers on cutting-edge preventative maintenance.
Lead continuous improvement and root cause analysis efforts.

Qualifications

7 years in operational and maintenance leadership.
Proficiency in CMMS systems; a technical degree is beneficial.
Expertise in mechanical and electrical diagnostics.
Physical ability to manage on-site requirements, including forklift licensing.
