Position: RN MICU (Medical Intensive Care Unit) Job Title: Blake 7 Medical ICU RN - Nights Description: 36 hours per week, straight night shifts, every other holiday (EOH), every other weekend (EOW) Requires at least 1+ years of prior travel experience Job Requirements

Must have a valid nursing license with primary source verification within 30 days of start date (MA Conditional Licenses not accepted) BLS certification required for onboarding (AHA, Red Cross, CHSF or Military accepted; AHA preferred) Fit Test for N95 respirator within 365 days of start date, updated annually Respirator Medical Clearance Attestation required if fit test is required MGB Medication Exam with 80% passing score within 365 days Documentation of MMR vaccination or immunity TB test documentation within 3 months of start date, updated if break >6 months Health Statement signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date, updated if >6 month break Criminal background check within 45 days prior to start date Massachusetts CORI background check within 30 days prior to start date Resume including past 7 years of work experience Two references within 4 years, minimum one supervisor or above in skillset MGB Skills Checklist completed within 1 year Confirmation of Assignment/POI Form required for all initial assignments and extensions Education verification through background check SSN Trace with addresses/aliases for past 7 years National Sex Offender Check within 30 days of start and updated annually Exclusion checks within 30 days of start and annually Candidate Submission Coversheet required for submission Schedule Information
