This position provides direct oversight of assigned sport programs, supervises equipment room staff and student workers, and plays a critical role in inventory management, procurement processes, operational efficiency, and athletic transportation services.**Work Interactions**The Assistant Director acts as a bridge between leadership and execution, ensuring departmental policies, NCAA and University regulations, and vendor contract requirements are consistently upheld while enhancing service delivery to all intercollegiate athletic programs.**Requirements and Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree required* Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in athletic equipment operations or a related field, including experience working with intercollegiate athletic programs, preferably at the NCAA level* Experience overseeing inventory systems and supporting equipment room operations* Prior experience supervising student workers, interns, or part-time staff preferred* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment* Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations related to equipment and student-athlete benefits**Work Mode Designation**This position has been designated as On-Campus.
