Casino M8trix is seeking skilled trades professionals with backgrounds in painting/drywall, plumbing, commercial framing, and electrical work to join our Maintenance Department and help elevate our operational excellence and guest experience./pp$1,000 SIGNING BONUS/ppThis role performs a wide variety of skilled trade and general maintenance tasks. Responsibilities include:/pulliRepairing leaking faucets, replacing seals and washers, clearing clogged drains, repairing/replacing water heaters, and other plumbing-related tasks./liliPerforming drywall repair, taping, mudding, sanding, patching, texturing, painting, staining, and sealing interior surfaces./liliConducting routine HVAC maintenance such as filter replacement, basic troubleshooting, airflow checks, and condensate line clearing./liliPerforming basic electrical tasks including changing ballasts, replacing outlets/switches, troubleshooting lighting and low-voltage issues, and assisting with minor electrical repairs./li/ulpAdditional duties as assigned./ppRequirements/pulli21 years of age or older./liliMust be willing to undergo background check./liliAvailable to work any shift, weekends, and holidays as required by business needs./liliMinimum 1 year of work experience in facilities, maintenance, or a skilled trade (painting/drywall, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical strongly preferred)./liliFluent in English; bilingual a plus./li/ulpPhysical Requirements/pulliAbility to lift 50 lbs. repetitively./liliAbility to work independently and as part of a team./liliKnowledge of hand tools, power tools, and trade-specific tools./liliBasic computer skills for work orders and maintenance logs./liliAbility to operate various types of maintenance equipment./li/ulpDuties Include (but are not limited to):/pulliGraffiti abatement, A/C filter replacement, and cleanup of all work areas./liliDrywall patching, texture matching, and interior/exterior painting./liliPlumbing maintenance: repairing leaks, replacing faucets/seals, unclogging drains, snaking lines, and servicing water heaters./liliHVAC tasks: filter changes, diagnostics, minor repairs, and assisting external HVAC contractors./liliElectrical tasks: replacing lamps/ballasts, troubleshooting lighting circuits, repairing switches/outlets, and supporting small electrical projects./liliInstalling, repairing, or replacing locks, handsets, hinges, and door hardware./liliCoordinating maintenance efforts with other departments and responding to service requests./liliTroubleshooting and repairing general equipment (lamps, extension cords, vacuums, small devices, and internet-connected components)./li/ulpWork Hours and Availability/ppMust be available full-time, including weekends and holidays.
