The Product Manager Maintenance Services, Global Banking is responsible for the strategy, development, commercialization, and lifecycle management of product related services supporting self-service technologies including ATMs, Cash Recyclers, Teller Cash Recyclers, and related infrastructure within the banking and services industry.This role owns the maintenance services portfolio and drives profitable growth through innovative service offerings, optimized service delivery models, strategic partnerships, and differentiated customer value propositions. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Service Delivery, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, and Global Account Teams, the Product Manager ensures maintenance solutions remain competitive, scalable, and aligned with evolving market needs.
