Urgent Care opening in Marinette, WI - Visa EligibleLocated in Marinette, WI - Green Bay 55mFull-time; PermanentEmployedSeeking BC/BEH1 Visa AssistanceOverview: Seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine Physician Provide urgent care services in fast-paced, patient-centered environment Comfort supervising APPs preferred 12-hour shift model Clinic hours: 8am-8pm, 7 days/week No call responsibilities Rotating weekend schedule: approximately 1:4 Average patient volume: 30-40 patients per day Minimal inbox management or patient follow-up on days off Must be comfortable treating all age ranges and performing simple procedures 1-2 APPs onsite daily Broad urgent care case mix Onsite services include: Radiology, Lab, CT, Physical Therapy, Ultrasound, Behavioral Health and Occupational Health---Comp/Benefits: Competitive compensation package Loan assistance negotiable Comprehensive health benefits 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Tuition reimbursement Wellness programs* Leadership and growth opportunities--About the Area:Marinette is located along the Wisconsin-Michigan border on the shores of Green Bay and offers excellent access to outdoor recreation including boating, fishing, hiking, and snowmobiling.
