Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned Certification & Compliance Project Specialist to support federal compliance efforts and MES certification for Medicaid Enterprise projects. The role drives the execution of the certification strategy, maintains evidence artifacts, coordinates with cross-functional teams, and ensures CMS/MITA alignment throughout the lifecycle. Strong written skills and the ability to manage multiple high-visibility workstreams are essential.

• 3+ years healthcare analytics/reporting experience
• 3+ years experience with project tracking tools (Microsoft Project, Jira, MITAPulse)
• 5+ years project management experience, including matrix management
• 2+ years coordinating with MITRE and CMS teams on certification activities
• 5+ years experience implementing information systems in a client-facing role
• Proven ability to prepare for ORR prep cycles and manage CMS certification evidence
