For this effort we are providing programmatic and technical advisory services to the United States Space Force's Operational Test & Training Infrastructure (NSTTC - OTTI).Covering Areas: Live RangesModels and Trainers: Digital replications & capabilities:Opposing ForcesSynthetic Test and Training EnvironmentsInfrastructureLocations: Downtown Colorado Springs, COPeterson Space Force BasePositions Available in the Following Skillsets:Space Systems Engineer: Interfacing with all program offices within the USSF OTTI IPO to drive requirements, provide operational support to capabilities and system development.Special Projects Systems Engineer: Requirements, live range testing, hardware in the loop (HWIL) testing, components/sub systems testing, Delta 9 or 12 familiarity, Orbital Warfare T&E familiarity).Operations Integration Engineer: Space systems lifecycle analysis, supports operational capability development.General Requirements for the Following Positions:Must have an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a SCI upgrade, for Special ProgramsBachelor's Degree in related information technology field or project managementMinimum qualifications will vary based on the position and associated level (9+ years of experience)Prior experience supporting aerospace, electronic warfare, satellite engineering, space control, space operations, weapon systems-based engineering effortsPrior experience supporting military and or government environmentsCompensation:Salary Range: $140,000 - $195,000 (compensation varies on position and relevant years of experience and varying factors)Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401k, PTO (4 weeks), 11 federal holidays, and sick leave as required by lawThis job opens for applications on 09/01/2026.
