Other cities are welcome remotely. Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules. Travel Expectations: Up to 50% What you'll do: Client Leadership & Executive Presence: Partner with senior client stakeholders to solve complex intercompany challenges and guide decision‑making through clear, strategic recommendations. Engagement Delivery & Governance: Lead delivery of intercompany transformation engagements, managing scope, execution, risks, and change to achieve on‑time, on‑budget results. People Leadership (Clearsulting Team): Develop and mentor team members while fostering strong performance, accountability, and a high‑quality client experience. Solution & Technical Leadership: Direct the design and implementation of intercompany processes and technology solutions across invoicing, allocations, matching, reconciliation, settlement, accounting, and reporting. Functional Leadership: Shape target‑state operating models, controls, data strategies, and integration approaches that align with broader finance, tax, and business requirements. Commercial & Pursuit Management: Drive commercial and financial performance through pursuit support, staffing, pricing, forecasting, and margin management. AI Strategy & Practice Development: Help grow the practice by creating thought leadership, reusable tools, and AI and automation‑enabled capabilities that enhance delivery and client value What You'll Bring: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) BlackLine/Alteryx/Fabric Certified Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a business‑related field of study 6+ years of relevant experience in consulting and collaboration with substantial, complex clients; ideally with a specialization in intercompany accounting and operational transfer price questions Experience with implementation of digital transformation projects with a focus on intercompany transaction processing, intercompany allocations, transaction matching, reconciliation, accounting, and reporting processes Willingness and ability to travel Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer‑sponsored visa support. Nice‑to‑Haves: Comprehensive knowledge of transfer pricing strategy, intercompany agreements, and transfer pricing maintenance Familiarization with implementing efficient finance processes as well as digitalization of business processes – from strategy development, concept preparation and process design to the optimization and implementation Understanding of functional problems in internal and cross‑border processes Experience implementing capabilities in one or more of the following technologies: SAP S/4HANA, Oracle, SAP Central Finance, SAP Module FI/CO, SAP PaPM, BlackLine Experience with System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) principles, leading practices, and execution a plus (i.e., requirements gathering, solution design and testing cycles) Strong leadership skills and executive presence Strong project management experience including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communications Excellent written and verbal communication skills; clearly convey complex business concepts to executive audience free of grammatical errors, incorporating leading practices for business writing Ability to maintain and enhance the Clearsulting culture – build meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues, demonstrate the Clearsulting Core Values each day Benefits that Benefit You: Medical, dental, and vision coverage Unlimited PTO Paid parental leave Flexible work environment Cell phone reimbursement Access to mental health apps Life insurance and disability coverage Opportunities for ad hoc bonuses The compensation range for this position is $120,000 – $156,000. We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role. Final salary placement will be based on several factors, including level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography and alignment with industry standards.
