Summary The Interim Beauty Counter Manager oversees a luxury brand counter, combining sales and coaching to maximize performance and customer satisfaction. This role manages daily counter operations, vendor relationships, and both in-store and digital selling activities in a commissioned sales environment. The manager also supports team development and ensures the counter is customer-ready and aligned with current beauty trends. Responsibilities Perform makeup applications, conduct skincare analyses, and recommend products tailored to customer beauty goals Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools, including text and social media Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions and maintain strong vendor relationships Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and assist customers with Nordstrom Rewards enrollment Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and product presentation; keep current on beauty trends through training Requirements Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and strong customer service skills Ability to connect with customers, handle concerns proactively, and contribute to a positive team environment Strong multitasking, organizational skills, follow-through, and initiative Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort using networking and digital selling tools Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends; able to continuously move 6-8 hours per shift and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally #J-18808-Ljbffr brobstongroup.com - Jobboard
