CDT Inc. is hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for dedicated, no-touch OTR freight.
This position offers consistent miles, newer equipment, reliable weekly pay, and full 24/7 support. Freight consists primarily of US Mail and FedEx lanes , with mostly drop-and-hook freight.
Teams Preferred | Solo Drivers Considered
Team Pay: Starting at $2,400 per week per driver plus miles
Solo Pay: Starting at $2,200 per week
Pay Schedule: Weekly pay every Friday
Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Contracts: Minimum 4-week contracts (can choose to extend)
Home Time: Flexible – driver’s choice
Position Type: OTR only – no local or regional positions

Freight Details
- Dedicated OTR lanes

Responsibilities
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate electronic logs (ELD)
- Follow DOT, FMCSA, and CDT Inc. safety requirements
- Communicate professionally with dispatch and support staff
- Maintain safe and reliable OTR performance
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years verifiable experience
- Clean MVR / driving record
- Must speak and understand English
- No SAP participants
- Safety-focused and reliable
- Willing and able to operate OTR
- Teams drivers preferred
- Solo drivers considered based on experience, qualifications, and availability
