Technical Business Analyst - Custodial Projects Role Overview Application Company Name: IG US Holdings, Inc. Role: Technical Business Analyst, Custodial Projects Location: Chicago, IL – Hybrid (3 days/week in office) tastytradeis investing in a significant evolution of its clearing and custody infrastructure - a multi-year initiative that spans regulatory licensing, back-office technology, and operational transformation. This work will expandtastytrade'scapabilities in clearing, client fund custody, and next-generation product support. The Technical Business Analyst – Custodial Projects will be embedded in this work from day one, sitting at the intersection of regulatory requirements, business operations, and system design. Your primary focus will be understanding the implications of regulatory and operational requirements and translating them into clear, actionable specifications that engineering and product teams can execute against. WhatYou’llDo: Analyze regulatory, compliance, and operational requirements from legal counsel, NFA filings, and clearing agreements — and clearly articulate what they mean for system design and business operations Develop andmaintainprocess flows, data flow diagrams, and system interaction maps that reflect current and future-state clearing and custody architecture Investigate gaps betweentastytrade'scurrent infrastructure and the target-state Non-Clearing FCM model, surfacing risks, dependencies, and edge cases early Partner with engineering, product, compliance, and legal to define andvalidaterequirements across each phase of the initiative Maintain clear documentation of decisions made, open questions, and lessons learned throughout the initiative Who You Are: 3–6 years of experience in a business analyst, product analyst, or similar role within financial services, fintech, or a broker-dealer / FCM environment NFA/CFTC experience is preferred. Candidates with equivalent regulatory experience or other domestic or international frameworks will be considered where theydemonstratestrong regulatory acumen anda track recordof developing domainexpertise.
