This position operates in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in managing your work schedule. Although counselors will primarily work from home, our outpatient office is available for client appointments as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to develop tailored treatment plans for clients, considering their unique circumstances and challenges.

  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that clients receive the most appropriate and effective care.

  • Employ a range of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting strategies based on the individual client’s needs.

  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care and optimal outcomes for clients.

  • Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems efficiently.

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will work with a diverse client population, addressing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.
