We are seeking a motivated and experienced operations professional to oversee front desk and food and beverage functions while ensuring an exceptional guest experience. This role is responsible for leading daily operations, supporting team performance, maintaining service standards, and partnering across departments to deliver efficient, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front desk and food and beverage operations to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery.
• Lead, coach, and support team members to promote a positive, accountable, and service-oriented culture.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and address service concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workflow to meet business needs and service levels.
• Partner with leadership to implement operational standards, procedures, and training initiatives.
• Support inventory control, ordering, and cost management efforts across assigned areas.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and quality standards.
• Review daily performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and guest experience.
• Collaborate with other departments to support events, special requests, and operational priorities.
• Assist with problem-solving, conflict resolution, and escalation management as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, operations, front office, food and beverage, or a related service environment.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated commitment to guest service and team development.
• Working knowledge of scheduling, budgeting, and operational reporting is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and support a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
