This role will work across multiple business and technology teams and be chiefly responsible for structuring, planning, and executing high visibility and high priority strategic enterprise initiatives.· This person will manage both programs and individual projects to drive technology and business transformation.· As Program Manager, you will bring engineering, business objectives, and best-of-breed technologies together and play a critical role in leading initiatives through needs analysis, iterative implementation of solutions, and measuring impact of those solutions as we deliver on our ambitious vision.· This role is highly cross-functional and will require a strategic thinker comfortable with ensuring cross-departmental alignment; building tools, processes, and capacity to achieve the organization’s goals.· The position will report to the Principal Program Manager responsible for the PPA Strategic Technology portfolio but will be closely partnered with several Managing Directors as well as a diverse set of stakeholders across both technology and business organizations.· Collaborate with business and technology partners to deliver strategic technology solutions.· Engage, coordinate, and manage expectations of Program partnership with Our Client’s parent company.· Partner with program management, work stream leads, operational stakeholders, Product Management, and the broader project management team to create and refine program, roadmap, and implementation plans, and tracking.· Integrate with disparate technology teams to design, implement, and deliver portfolio of applications and services to enhance the Client Experience, improve operational efficiencies, and increase technology scale and resilience.· Manage implementation activities for concurrent work-streams.· Translate business use cases into functional specifications and work with team leads on work-breakdown.· Develop and track KPIs and project success metrics.· Ensure consistency with and application of PMO standards, processes, and controls throughout the Digital program.Qualifications· You can affect change at Our Client.· You want to be a key part of enhancing customer engagement and business transformation at Our Client.· You are highly organized and accountable and can lead others through projects and strategic deliveries.· You are interested in high-velocity software delivery with quality and customer experience in mind.· You seek a collaborative relationship with your business partners and multiple IT delivery teams.· You are an active learner, open-minded and innovative.· Bachelor’s degree required, master’s degree preferred.· Significant experience with Business Analysis, Project/Program Management experience required, with proven ability to manage multiple related and concurrent workstreams.· PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP and/or CSM certification strongly preferred.· Asset Management domain expertise with experience managing software delivery is highly preferred.· Proven ability as liaison between technical teams and business visionaries – not a “go between” but rather facilitator and someone who can capture the vision from both points of view into a cohesive roadmap and implementation plan.· Proven ability to write well-formed, clear documentation and hold presentations for large groups.· Excellent communication and presentation skills· Absolute passion for enhancing the client experience through technology.· Experience with Agile/Kanban Software DevelopmentDiversity and EOE Statements· Our clients are committed to an inclusive workplace where we do not discriminate based on race, sex, gender, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital or familial status, age, ancestry, disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
