Manufacturing EngineerWe're seeking a Manufacturing Engineer responsible for improving production efficiency, stabilizing manufacturing processes, and leading automation and equipment upgrades across the plant.What You'll DoDesign and improve manufacturing processes for new and existing productsDevelop production tooling using SolidWorks (2D/3D)Lead process optimization and productivity improvements on production linesPerform root cause analysis using statistical and Lean methodsConduct FMEA, DOE, and process validation on new and existing productsSupport new product launches and design changes for manufacturabilityPartner with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality)Support automation projects, including:RoboticsPLC integrationVision systemsEnd-of-arm toolingFixtures and gaugesParticipate in design reviews and continuous improvement initiativesWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience (considered with strong background)3+ years in Manufacturing Engineering in fabricationStrong tooling design experienceHands-on experience with SolidWorks (required)Exposure to:Automation / roboticsPLCsProject or initiative ownership experienceStrong understanding of Lean Manufacturing tools and problem-solving methods
