Position Overview: 34507 Atrium Health Cabarrus - Nursing Critical Care: ICU 2CSB Department: Nursing Critical Care: ICU 2CSB Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hours Per Week: 36 Schedule Details/Additional Information: Full-time Nights Pay Range: $38.20 - $57.30 per hour Where You Will Work Atrium Health Cabarrus is a 457‑bed tertiary care facility serving Cabarrus, Mecklenburg, and surrounding counties. As a designated Level III Trauma Center, the hospital provides comprehensive emergency services and specialty medical care. It holds disease‑specific certifications in Stroke, Epilepsy, Spine, Bariatrics, and Chest Pain Center care. Qualifications Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the nurse practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association At least 6 months of nursing experience (not for new graduates) Responsibilities Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures. Use evidence‑based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and skilled communication to lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and the best patient experience across the continuum.
