COMPENSATION

$61.50/hr.

SCHEDULE

Working Model: Fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.

CONTRACT TERM

6-month contract with a very high likelihood of extension/conversion to full-time.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This role supports retail operations across sales, merchandising, training, and go-to-market (GTM) execution, working closely with multiple retail accounts and retail operations teams. The role requires strong project management skills, the ability to lead independently within a large, dynamic organization, and the adaptability to move quickly in a fast-paced, constantly evolving retail environment.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

• Bachelor's degree plus an additional 3 years of relevant retail operations experience required.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and advanced Excel, including VLOOKUP, for managing store lists, account data, and fixturing.
• Ability to project manage highly desired.
• Ability to succeed in an extremely fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated experience and success working with multiple retail accounts and retail operations teams.
• Strength in working cross-functionally, fostering a collaborative team environment, and leading project work independently within a large, dynamic team and organization while driving end-to-end planning.
• Adaptability to move quickly at the pace of the consumer and work in a constantly evolving environment, making decisive decisions and pivoting when needed.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, time management, and organizational skills.
