Licensed Practical Nurse (Full Time)

Role Overview: Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or guidance of a licensed healthcare professional. Ensures patient rights, confidentiality, and coordinates care with other departments. Maintains professional accountability for assigned patients. Responsibilities Include: Assessing patient needs and delivering nursing care. Maintaining accurate documentation and patient confidentiality. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Ensuring compliance with licensure and certification requirements. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent experience. Current LPN license in the state of practice, meeting all licensing requirements. Preferred certifications may include BLS, ACLS, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., and LPN-IV certification. Physical ability to lift, push, pull 50 lbs, and perform prolonged standing, walking, and various physical movements.
