Job Description

As a Security Officer Full Time Access Verification Patrol in Frisco, TX , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help to deter incidents, and support access control activities. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while contributing to a welcoming environment. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of office areas, parking facilities, building exteriors, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, check credentials as required, and assist with visitor and contractor entry in accordance with site procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in clear, accurate reports, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
