# Talent Acquisition PartnerApply: Remote: Indianapolis, IN (Corp): Full time: Posted Today: JR101889The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for delivering full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions. This role requires hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. You will manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement through offer negotiation, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Attention to detail and proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) are essential.Execute the full recruiting life cycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, negotiating and offers.* + Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in the ATS and other HR systems. + Build and sustain strong partnerships with hiring leaders, HR peers, and external vendors. + Provide market insights and recruitment trend analysis to inform hiring strategies. + Develop creative sourcing strategies, including leveraging social media and professional networks. + Represent the company at campus and industry recruiting events (virtual and in-person). + Participate in TA/HR projects and operational initiatives. + Generate and present recruitment metrics and reports to leadership. + Advise on best practices and innovative recruiting tactics. + Other special projects and duties as assigned Requirements* + High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred. + Minimum 2+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition. + Experience filling entry-level and skilled hourly roles. + Experience filling transportation roles preferred. + Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday preferred) and HRIS tools + Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting compliance. + Familiarity with sourcing platforms. + Strong verbal and written communication skills. + Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. + Excellent time management and organizational skills. + Customer service orientation and professionalism. The anticipated base salary for this position could range from between $55,000 to $70,000 and will depend, in part, on the successful candidate’s qualifications for the role, including education and experience.
