Program Manager

Responsibilities Engage and build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.) to launch successful localized products Design and implement efficient and scalable end-to-end localization frameworks tailored to various products and diverse content types across. Guide stakeholders across to ensure localization best practices are followed and drive efficient execution Proactively identify and streamline technical and process issues that affect localized product relevancy, quality, and functionality Actively seeks out opportunities to optimize the international user experience and influence adoptions of optimal solutions Partner across internationalization to ensure the right resources are in place and all deliveries are completed at the expected standards Payrate $75.00- $80.00/hr. Minimum Qualifications 3+ years of experience in localization program or project management BA/BS or equivalent work experience in localization/internationalization project or program management Experience communicating across and driving results among a variety of cross-functional stakeholders, working across time zones and international offices Experience in identifying and driving forward work in ambiguous environment Experience analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to inform business decisions Skilled in building and optimizing complex workflows Track record of staying focused, prioritizing and creating structure across large, ambiguous programs and setting goals for long-term initiatives Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of additional languages other than English Exposure to SQL, analytics tools, or a coding language Thorough understanding translation technologies like translation memories, machine translation, and CAT tools Familiarity with internationalization standards such as Unicode and CLDR Experience working with localization vendors Knowledge of AI technologies and potential application in localization workflows Top 3 must-have HARD skills 3+ years of experience in localization program or project management Familiarity with localization standards and best practices Experience communicating across and driving results among a variety of cross-functional stakeholders, working across time zones and international offices Good to have skills Experience in identifying and driving forward work in ambiguous environment Track record of staying focused, prioritizing and creating structure across large, ambiguous programs and setting goals for long-term initiatives Pay Transparency The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:$75.00 - $80.00/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience.
