RN Assistant Unit Manager Job Responsibilities: Assist the Unit Manager in managing daily operations of the nursing unit, including coordinating care, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations and policies Provide direct patient care, including developing and implementing individualized care plans, administering medications, and performing various medical treatments Supervise and mentor Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to ensure high-quality care and support Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans, and to address resident needs and concerns Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care, including documenting progress notes, medication administration records, and incident reports About the RN Assistant Unit Manager Role: As a RN Registered Nurse Assistant Unit Manager at Greene Meadows Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
