Job Title: RN - Cath Lab Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Cardiac Catheterization Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: 10hr Day Shift Hours per Shift: 10 Experience: Minimum of 2 years Cath Lab experience required License: RN License Certifications: BLS, ACLS Must-Have: Ability to scrub and circulate Cath and EP procedures, prep and recover patients. Description: The RN - Cath Lab role involves working in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for circulating, administering moderate sedation, and managing critical drips. Patients include those undergoing cath lab procedures such as LHC, RHC, PTCA, and EP ablations. The position also requires working in the Prep/Recovery area. Call is required once per week and one weekend every 4th or 5th weekend, with a 30-minute response time. You will float to the Prep/Recovery area as needed. The department fosters a culture of high autonomy and teamwork. Please note that scrubs are black and not provided. 70% of holidays may be required. RTO requests will need manager approval.
