What You'll Do

• Evaluate patient functions through formal and informal assessments across skeletal, neurological, respiratory, and cardiovascular domains
• Develop and implement goal-specific treatment plans in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment rationale, procedures, and home care strategies
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants, aides, and students, ensuring high-quality patient care
• Document treatment progress and coordinate care plans adhering to regulatory standards
• Assist in equipment recommendations and order integration
• Promote interdisciplinary teamwork and participate in community health initiatives

What You Need

• Valid Michigan Physical Therapy license
• CPR certification
• 1+ year outpatient or acute care experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Experience in a hospital setting
• Ability to educate and teach treatment routines to diverse populations
