Job Description

Title: Production Operator

Location: Norfolk, NE


Shift: 1st Shift | 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM (Must be flexible to stay later as production needs change)

2nd Shift | 2:30 PM - 10:30PM

Pay Rate: $17/hour +DOE

Job Summary: We are seeking reliable and hard-working Production Operators to join a dynamic industrial production team in Norfolk, NE. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced manufacturing environments, value workplace safety, and take pride in quality workmanship.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to ensure steady daily workflow.
• Perform routine quality checks on finished products to meet company standards.
• Follow all workplace safety, PPE, and operational guidelines closely.
• Keep work stations clean, organized, and free of safety hazards.
• Assist team members across production lines as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or industrial environments preferred.
• Strong work ethic, punctual attendance, and ability to work overtime as required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move continuously throughout a standard shift.
• Run standard production machinery through daily completion.
