- License/Certs: Valid Laboratory or Medical Technologist License per California requirements
- Experience: Prior laboratory or phlebotomy experience preferred but not required
- Hourly pay rate: $26.00 - $32.00, based on experience

- Pay package discussed upon application
- Perform waived laboratory tests in Chemistry, Hematology, Urinalysis, Molecular, and Coagulation areas
- Receive and process specimens, including blood collection via venipuncture and capillary methods
- Operate mobile lab vans to serve high-volume or STAT testing locations
- Ensure quality control procedures are followed for all tests and instruments
- Enter patient data and test results into laboratory information systems accurately
- Troubleshoot instrumentation, computer, or client issues as needed
- Maintain inventory and documentation, including lot numbers and QC records
- Follow safety protocols to handle biological materials and hazardous substances
- Required: Valid laboratory or medical license per California state regulations
- Required: Experience with laboratory testing, specimen collection, and quality control procedures
- Key Skills: Attention to detail, problem-solving, ability to work independently, good communication skills
- Preferred: Experience operating mobile lab equipment and performing waived tests
