Server - Assisted Living Dining Room

We are currently seeking friendly and attentive servers to enhance our dining experience and ensure our residents enjoy nutritious and enjoyable meals in a comfortable setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet residents and guests warmly upon arrival
• Serve meals and beverages in a courteous and timely manner
• Assist residents with menu selections and special dietary needs
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining area before, during, and after service
• Ensure all health and safety standards are adhered to during food service
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal delivery
• Respond to residents' needs and provide excellent customer service

Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism and patience
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Friendly, compassionate, and respectful attitude towards residents
