Affirmed Home Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide exceptional in-home care to clients in Glen Head and surrounding Nassau County communities. We are currently offering immediate per diem opportunities with flexible scheduling and local case assignments. What We Offer Competitive pay at $19.65 per hour Flexible shifts available, including 6–12 hour assignments Immediate case placement Local assignments close to home Weekly pay through direct deposit Referral bonus opportunities Fast and efficient onboarding process Ongoing support from a dedicated care coordination team One-on-one client care in a home setting Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide personal care, bathing, grooming, and hygiene assistance Offer medication reminders as directed Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping Provide companionship and emotional support Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment Qualifications Active New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification required Minimum of one year of professional HHA experience Authorized to work in the United States Valid driver's license preferred Reliable transportation strongly preferred Required Health Documentation Physical examination completed within the last 12 months PPD or QuantiFERON test within the past year, or chest X-ray completed within the last 5 years MMR immunization documentation within the last 10 years Why Affirmed Home Care?
