Registered Nurse Opportunity in Kearney, NE

Specialty: Med Surg

Position Type: Travel Contract

Contract Duration: 13 weeks

Compensation: $2012 - $2424

Shift: 3x12 Days

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality patient care in a 23-bed unit.
Provide direct patient care with a 1:6 ratio, adjusting to a 1:5 ratio during weekday day shifts.
Float to PCU for Med Surg assignments as required.
Maintain precise and timely documentation using the EPIC charting system.
Follow trauma level 3 protocols and procedures.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to create and implement patient care plans.

Qualifications

Active RN license.
BLS (AHA or ARC) and NIHSS certifications.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant setting.
Availability to work every other weekend and up to 2 additional mandatory shifts every 6 weeks.
