Position Highlights: Schedule : 17 weeks per year (10-hour daytime shifts) Shifts : Flexible scheduling within assigned blocks Modality Mix : Emergency radiology – CT, X‑ray, limited US/MR Setting : 100% remote, U.S.-based Employment Model : Independent contractor (1099) Compensation & Extras: Guaranteed Annual Compensation : $450,000+ Productivity Bonuses : Uncapped earnings for high-performance shifts Additional Earning Opportunity : All shifts include a CMS-classified 10 wRVU minimum per hour Earn $45/wRVU for any reads above the minimum , including through RadPod outside of assigned shifts Malpractice Insurance : Fully covered Dedicated Support : 24/7 IT, transcription, and radiology assistant teams Optimized Workflow : Streamlined PACS and voice recognition Licensing Requirements: We are actively seeking candidates licensed in: Illinois Georgia Pennsylvania Florida Missouri Ohio Hawaii Multistate licenses and compact eligibility are a strong plus.
