Job Title

Registered Nurse – ICU / Telemetry

Location

Upland, CA

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | 3x12-hour shifts per week | 36 hours per week | 8-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Telemetry holding capacity within the Emergency Room setting
• Monitor and interpret telemetry data, identifying and responding to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and deliver safe, effective patient care
• Document patient assessments, care plans, and outcomes accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of Telemetry nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Ability to work night shift hours (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Telemetry holding in an Emergency Room environment
• Familiarity with ICU-level patient care and acuity
