General Contracting Estimator

The General Contract Estimator plays a critical role in the successful planning and execution of large-scale commercial concrete construction projects. This position is responsible for analyzing project documents, preparing detailed cost estimates, and supporting project teams through all phases— from bidding to closeout. The estimator collaborates closely with project managers, field personnel, subcontractors, and clients to ensure accurate pricing, risk assessment, and scope clarity. A strong understanding of cast-in-place concrete, blueprint reading, and construction methodologies is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in both public and private sectors.
